The delivery execution model for the EMEA Cloud Transformation and Operations Hub includes support in presales, sales enablement, and opportunity management. This involves SAP internal co-operation in order to win and deliver customer engagements. Organizationally we are located within SAP "Global Services and Support" Consulting division and are engaged in all aspects of Cloud Transformation for our EMEA customer base. Are you a dynamic driven individual who wants to be in one of the most strategic areas of SAP? We are looking to strengthen the team in this mission critical area and therefore we are looking for a strong Cloud Transformation Architect with the main goal to be the trusted adviser in strategy definition, conceptual planning and the realization of business and technological requirements within the SAP Cloud landscapes. The solutions will be holistic and cover the complete SAP Cloud Portfolio spectrum with solutions ranges from one-day expert engagements to long-term customer projects. To assure professional service delivery and quality towards our customers we are looking for a Cloud Transformation Architect to drive and steer new engagements as well supporting the CIO in his journey into the Cloud environment.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Very good understanding of SAP Cloud Solutions (technology, products and services)
- Being the "Cloud Ambassador" for the CIO
- Advise customers in strategy definition, conceptual planning and the realization of their business and technological requirements around strategic, architectural and day to day cloud operation of SAP landscapes
- Knowledge transfer of expertise and competence
- Further development of long-term customer relations in cooperation with Project-/Program Managers and Presales
- Creation of business cases and service descriptions within the Cloud Transformation area
- Planning and realization of courses and workshops as a Trainer
- Position and set up Cloud Transformation projects towards customers and SAP sales representatives
- Planning and execution of presales support
- Close collaboration with various teams (AGS, BTS etc.) in project delivery
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3 years direct Cloud Solutions experience and 10+ years of IT consulting experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Deep holistic knowledge within the Cloud technology areas (technology, products and services)
- SAP Application and Technology skill set (+3 year experience as SAP Application Consultant and or SAP Support Consultant)
- Knowledge in SAP BTS Transformation Framework
- Experience working with international customers
- Sensitivity in negotiating with national and international customers, prospective customers, partners, as well as contact persons in SAP subsidiaries
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Customer focus, ability to handle conflicts
- Networking / relationship building
- Quality commitment
- Distinct ability to think analytically and make entrepreneurial decisions
- Willingness to travel OPTIONAL AND BENEFICIAL
- Knowledge in Project Management
