We are hiring a Product Architect, to join the Application Operations team, who will lead application operations of the Ariba Network & Fieldglass applications consumed by our internal SAP business units.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As Product (Senior) Architect you are responsible to:
- Drive operational excellence of the Ariba Network & Fieldglass solutions, assisted by multi-sourced teams that provide operational support through incident management, problem management, service request delivery, etc.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the Ariba Network & Fieldglass solutions in regards to operational efficiency, TCO, support quality and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to projects implementing Ariba Network & Fieldglass functionality e.g. by contributing to architectural discussions
- Ensure the engagement of the Application Operations team with cross-product programs
- Develop skills and competencies on latest solutions and technologies relevant for the Ariba Network & Fieldglass products
WORK EXPERIENCE
A successful candidate has 3+ years of professional experience with business applications.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
- Professional experience with business applications, ideally with purchasing processes based on Ariba Network or Fieldglass.
- Basic skills in at least one programming language (e.g. ABAP, HTML5, JAVA)
- Ability to work in an international team / multi-cultural environment
- Good English language skills Preferred skills
- Certification in process standards (e.g. ITIL) or architectural standards
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Information Technology or Engineering
- Experience with Business Network / On-Demand solutions
- Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality
- German languagePossible job location is Walldorf or Singapore.
