This includes the specification of upcoming releases as well as the roll-out to Customers, Partners and SAP's Sales and Service organizations. As a global team SAP HANA Product Management works in close cooperation with development teams in multiple locations.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Gain thought leadership by pro-actively shaping the future of HANA
- Ensure close collaboration with all members of the HANA community, incl. Customers and Partners as well as SAP Development and Field
- Run the product definition process for SAP HANA together with development and the various internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the information roll-out to Customers, Partners and within SAP
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in a customer facing role
- 3+ years in the area of Databases, Analytics, Data Warehousing as a Developer or
- Consultant or in a similar function
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- University degree in Computer Science (or related subject)
- Excellent understanding of contemporary DB technologies (incl. hardware)
- Deep technical knowledge of SAP HANA
- Ability to take responsibility proactively
- Solid Project Management experience
- Excellent communication skills to Customers
- Highly motivated, innovative and independent
- Excellent general communication skills (English & German is mandatory)
