At SAP you get your chance to put your ideas into action with maximum impact.Being part of the Global Tax department, the M&A Tax Team is dealing with the Mergers & Acquisitions and Restructuring Projects taking place within the SAP group. Therefore, the major tasks of the team are situated in the field of tax planning and evaluation of tax strategies. The M&A Tax Team currently consists of 5 team members and is led by the Head of M&A Tax.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As a part of the M&A tax team, you (f/m) will mainly support the Head of M&A Tax, as well as other team members on request. The tasks include:
- Administrative support regarding the Global IP Consolidation Project within SAP group
- Administrative support regarding the organization of an Innovation Congress
- Internal and external correspondence in German and English language as well as creation of sophisticated PowerPoint Presentations related to the projects
- Project related support regarding, e.g. business trip planning and data maintenance

WORK EXPERIENCE

Ideally first work experience (up to 1 or 2 years), Graduates with experience through internships or working student employments in the related field are welcome to apply. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a tabular CV, copies of the obtained degrees and (if available) copies of your references from former employers (e.g. internships). Please describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs as well.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

- Graduate of a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor/Master) with focus on German Taxes or German/English language studies
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft-Office Applications (Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point)
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken is a must
- Flexible, committed and accountable team worker
- Ability to work independently and even under challenging circumstancesStart October 2015
