The Business Innovation & IT organization is an execution-focused organization collaboratively working cross functions in closest alignment with all our lines of business, development and Cloud Delivery. Within the COO unit of Business Innovation & IT you are responsible to define and implement key concepts around workforce and resource management. This is to enable our transformation into the cloud and ensure we have the right skill set in the right quantity at the right location. In order to do so, you will closely work with our delivery units to define multi year transition plans starting from high level strategy to short term measures, including legal and compliance topics. Based on the existing capacity and future demand you will closely work with the IT Academy to define suitable development measures to ensure the optimal capacity and demand match.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You are responsible to define and implement projects to improve resource and workforce management across the organization. The scope of projects range from purely conceptional (define the methodology), over process definition and roll-out to tool implementation. With your analytical and result oriented mindset you drive operational excellence across the organization. You constantly challenge the existence of status-quo in the organization. You ensure the successful management and evolution of our workforce based on your skills and experience in:
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years work experience in an international environment a plus (might include internships)
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Required skills
- Master Degree or equivalents in Business Administration, Economics, or related field; alternatively Bachelor degree and appropriate work experience
- Good skills and experience in Project Management
- Strong communication and relationship building skills with a strong intercultural sensitivity.
- Show passion on the job: act as a role model for the team, show authentic behavior, pride and enthusiasm in the own job
- Fluency in English and German, both oral and written.
- Proactivity with a high sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Basic knowledge in labor law and procurement processes
- Basic knowledge of SAP solutions (BW, RM, SRM, ISP)
- Basic understanding of SAP's business process and core value chain Preferred/Optional skills
- IT Service Management and Services sourcing know-how, ITIL certification is a plus
- Effectiveness in problem-solving, results oriented with ability to handle multiple top priorities simultaneously focused on quality, pragmatic, hands-on person
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and establishing credibility with key SAP stakeholders across different lines of business and hierarchies.
- Ability to think broadly and strategically about an issue and yet manage details.
- Competency to take critical decisions and self-confidence on representing decisions towards top management level.C1-23 / C1-25
