With the ZDO (Zero Downtime Option) in SUM (Software Update Manager) we developed a technology which allows customer to deploy upgrades/updates and patches without any business or technical downtime. The project won last year the Hasso Plattner award for this important innovation. The goal for the S/4 products is to establish ZDO from the very beginning as a key differentiator. Very important for a sustainable success of this technology is the on-going effort both in qualifying of the upgrade tools and the content. Here we need your help! We are looking for a Senior Quality Specialist/ Quality Expert to strengthen our teams.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
You strengthen our team and take over various tasks in the respective Scrum team:
- Ensure all software quality aspects from planning to implementation
- Deep understanding of quality assurance processes
- Contribute to development, usage and maintenance of change management tools
- Act as stakeholder representing the customer perspective. Strong contribution in testing, test automation and delivery process
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Experienced quality engineers or technology consultants are welcome
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Degree in computer science, natural sciences, or engineering
- Sound knowledge in the SAP Technology like NetWeaver and/or Lifecycle Management tools
- Profound experience in project management
- Team spirit and enthusiasm
- Good communication and technical skills
- Customer-oriented
- Focused, pragmatic and result oriented
- Flexible and quickly adopting to new tasks/challenges
- Proficient in German and English
- Ideally experience with the upgrade tools like SUM, transport and/or SPAM/SAINT
