EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

- Writing documentation for software applications, for example online help, manuals, and tutorials
- Providing additional, target group specific user assistance in form of image maps, infographics, videos, or blog posts
- Research and define technical and business terminology
- Proof-reading and editing user interface texts for usability and readability
- Working in a cross-functional and international team with developers, product managers as well as other information developers and translators

WORK EXPERIENCE

Young professionals or some years of professional experience are welcome.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Required skills:
- University degree in technical writing, IT, communications, new media, or a related subject
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Practical experience in creating documentation preferably in DITA
- Ability to work on different parallel activities and in multiple teams under tight deadlines
- Enjoy contact with people and passing on your knowledge to others Preferred skills:
- SAP product knowledge
- Familiarity with database administration tasks is a plus
- Experience with content creation for social media or production of videos and infographics
