The candidate will support SAP Supply Chain Planning development in the area of Supply and Response Planning or Transportation Management with a strong focus on design and architecture of high performing algorithms. The planning procedures are characterized by high scalability concerning the volume to be planned (procedure efficiency), broad functionality and seamless integrations into the SCM applications. The solution will natively exploit SAP's state-of-the-art HANA application platform and HANA Enterprise Cloud.

WORK EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Student at university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred field(s) of study: University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar
- Knowledge of C++
- Ideally familiar with agile development methodology
- Experience in Optimization and/or Operations Research know-how is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in German and English (oral and written)
- Strong communications and networking skillsStart as soon as possible, preferred duration 6 months
